The Body

Show up. Lift. Log it. The gym is where I practice keeping my word to myself. It's the first promise I keep each morning, and it makes every promise after it easier.

The Mountains

The mountains refresh me. I meet God out there every single time, and I have for over ten years now. The camera comes along because some of what I see up there deserves to be remembered.

The Foundation

Faith carries the whole thing. It's the reason I keep moving forward. Less of me, more of Him; that's the aim, and it shapes how I train, how I work, and how I live.
