I'm Zach.
I live in Lynchburg, Virginia, usually with the Jeep packed and the mountains on my mind. I lift, I shoot, and I'm building a life on purpose. The gym, the mountains, and a faith that carries both.
The work
I've spent over a decade traveling and taking photographs. I'm drawn to moody landscapes, quiet trails before sunrise, and the stillness that reminds me I'm not the one in control. That's where I slow down. That's where I listen.
But the center of this was never photography. It's a way of living. The camera is how I pay attention; the gym is where I practice keeping my word to myself; the faith underneath is what all of it is for.
The build
When I'm not out shooting, I'm lifting, reading something that makes me think, or working on something with my hands. I like rebuilding things. Sometimes that's gear. Sometimes it's me.
That's also why I built Thirty. It's a thirty-day paper journal for focus, discipline, and follow-through. I use it every day myself before asking anyone else to.
